By purchasing a website package, submitting payment via Stripe, or using our services, you ("the Client") agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. (For information on how we handle your data, please see our separate Privacy Policy).
Service Packages & Delivery Timelines
Mosaic94 offers distinct project tiers. The scope and timeline of your project depend on the package purchased:
A 1-page custom website. The guaranteed 72-hour launch timeline begins only after the invoice is paid in full and the Client has provided all necessary assets (logos, text, domain logins).
A multi-page, comprehensive local SEO build. Timelines for this package are custom-tailored and will be agreed upon in your specific Scope of Work (SOW) prior to payment.
Fully bespoke builds. Scopes, timelines, and payment structures are defined in a separate, dedicated Master Services Agreement (MSA).
The 90-Day SEO Performance Guarantee
Market Dominator Tier Only. Our $4,999 "Market Dominator" package includes a 90-day SEO performance guarantee.
The specific metrics of this guarantee (e.g., target ranking improvements or traffic increases) will be explicitly defined in your individual signed SOW.
Voiding the Guarantee: This guarantee is strictly voided if the Client or any third party alters the website's code, structure, text copy, or hosting environment without Mosaic94's written approval during the 90-day period.
Payment & Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All web design services provided by Mosaic94 are bespoke digital services.
All one-time payments for website packages are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
By the time a payment is submitted, Mosaic94 has already expended labor on the initial free draft and immediately allocates irreversible server resources, software costs, and dedicated developer time to meet our launch windows.
Chargebacks: By checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box at checkout or paying a Mosaic94 invoice, the Client waives the right to dispute the charge based on "buyer's remorse" or "services not rendered" if the Client fails to participate in the build process.
Revisions & Out-of-Scope Work
To maintain our rapid delivery speeds, each package includes a set number of revision rounds (defined in your specific SOW). Any work requested outside of this scope will be billed at the following rates:
1-hour minimum on post-launch updates.
Optional Monthly Maintenance Plan
Clients may opt into our Website Maintenance package at $150/mo.
This includes hosting, security patches, performance monitoring, and standard text/image updates (waiving the $150/hr update fee). Major structural additions are quoted separately.
This is a month-to-month, no-contract service. The Client may cancel at any time by providing 15 days' written notice to our support team.
Client Delays & "Ghosting"
If a project is stalled for more than 30 consecutive days due to the Client failing to respond to emails, provide requested assets, or approve the staging site, Mosaic94 reserves the right to pause the project entirely.
Re-initiating a paused project may require a $150.00 USD reactivation fee. No refunds will be issued for stalled or abandoned projects.
Digital Ownership & Intellectual Property
Mosaic94 does not hold websites hostage. Upon full clearance of the final project payment and successful launch on the Client's domain, the Client assumes 100% ownership of the final website, design assets, and written copy.
General Liability
Outside of the specific 90-Day SEO Guarantee applied to the Market Dominator package, Mosaic94 cannot and does not guarantee specific rankings on Google, specific traffic numbers, or a specific volume of phone calls.
Mosaic94 is not liable for any lost business, revenue, or damages resulting from website downtime, domain registrar issues, or third-party software failures.
