- Compliance with LawYou are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform—including the creation, cloning, or deployment of any application—complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Copyright and "Cloning"Mosaic94 provides AI-driven tools for rapid development. You strictly represent and warrant that you will not use the service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. If you use Mosaic94 to "clone" or replicate a website, you must either:
- Own the rights to the original content; or
- Have express written permission from the copyright holder.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Mosaic94 to:
- Generate applications for illegal activities (fraud, phishing, malware).
- Scrape or extract data from third-party websites without authorization.
- Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets of any third party.
4. Limitation of Liability
Mosaic94 is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic94 (and its parent company, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any legal actions, damages, or losses resulting from:
- User-generated content or applications.
- Claims of copyright or trademark infringement by third parties.
- Service interruptions or data loss.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mosaic94 from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in unauthorized "cloning" of intellectual property.
